If you would like to change your address after you have placed your order, please contact me immediately. Once an order has been made and dispatched you can’t change your delivery address.

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, it may be possible for the carrier to change your delivery address or redirect your order. Please contact the carrier directly. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping details and is liable to cover any additional shipping expenses due to customer error.

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email once your item/s has been dispatched.

No, unfortunately, this is not an option at the moment.

Yes, you can send your order as a gift.

There is an option at check out to "Add a note" for you to leave a special message with your gift.

No tax invoice will be sent with any order.

Please ensure spelling and information is correct when placing a custom order. Should an error be made with your custom request please contact me ASAP, once the order has been made changes can’t be made.
