Frequently asked questions

I want to make the experience of shopping with Blooming Gracefully positive, which is why I've taken some of the questions I get asked most frequently and compiled them in one place. If you still have something you’d like to know, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

  • Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
    If you would like to change your address after you have placed your order, please contact me immediately. Once an order has been made and dispatched you can’t change your delivery address. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, it may be possible for the carrier to change your delivery address or redirect your order. Please contact the carrier directly. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping details and is liable to cover any additional shipping expenses due to customer error.
  • How can I track my order?
    You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email once your item/s has been dispatched.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we do. Due to increased delays and restrictions, Blooming Gracefully is not offering international delivery to all counties.
  • Can I get my order gift wrapped?
    No, unfortunately, this is not an option at the moment.
  • Can I send my order as a gift?
    Yes, you can send your order as a gift. There is an option at check out to "Add a note" for you to leave a special message with your gift. No tax invoice will be sent with any order.
  • Personalisations
    Please ensure spelling and information is correct when placing a custom order. Should an error be made with your custom request please contact me ASAP, once the order has been made changes can’t be made.
  • Payment
    We offer secure payments via credit card and PayPal.
