Return & Refund Policy

At Blooming Gracefully my products are individually handcrafted to the highest standard, with great care and attention to detail. I want my customers to be completely happy with their purchases and have a positive experience.

 

This is why I will provide a replacement or refund on faulty items within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. All replacements or refunds must be requested in writing within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and may be requested to be returned for further assessment.

No refunds or exchanges on change of mind items.

All sale items are final and non-refundable.
